Andy Jeffery Inspires Young People Recovering from Sexual Abuse At Opening of NSPCC’s Lighthouse

Andy Jeffery was the guest speaker at the opening of The Lighthouse, an NSPCC led facility in Camden, North London, supporting young people to recover from sexual abuse.

The Lighthouse is a multi-agency service for children and young people who have experienced sexual abuse, including exploitation. 

Supporting 550 children, young people and their families each year from across five London boroughs:

• Barnet

• Camden

• Enfield

• Haringey

• Islington

This new service offers trained medical professionals, specialist therapists, advocates, police officers and social workers under one roof in a coordinated approach to supporting young survivors of sexual abuse.
